Generally speaking, each factory is responsible to supply good quality products and ship it out in good packing. In case of any problem caused by the factory, we will do everything possible to find quick solutions to your entire satisfaction

CAN YOU ARRANGE TRANSPORT TO FINAL DESTINATION?

Generally we receive shipping instructions from our clients who organize transport by their own. Upon request we can submit best quotations and in case of acceptance organize the international transport to final destination.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME?

It depends on the factory, assortment and order amount. Production time for standard products may vary according to factory from 15 up to 90 days, averagely 45- 60 days, for bespoke lighting even longer.
